This online course provides support for teacher candidates who have not submitted a EdSp CalTPA Math Cycle – Learning About Students with IEPs and Planning a Math Lesson or Literacy Cycle – Assessment-Driven Literacy Instruction for Students with IEPs submission and need support getting started. Your instructor will prepare you for success by providing access to the current materials and exemplars; helping you understand the Cycle requirements, scoring process, and rubrics; addressing your questions; and providing tips for success. Your registration includes support for one of the two cycles. For support with a second cycle, you will need to reregister for the course.
During this course, you will complete the following:
- CalTPA Instructor Appointment
- CalTPA Rubric and/or Benchmark/Exemplar Review and Analyses
- Targeted CalTPA Focused Supports
